Exercises are so amazing that can change your body’s shape once you keep doing them.
I have been doing power cycling over a month in the fitness centre. It turns out that I have lost almost 5 kilograms in these 45 days. But the most important thing is I am feeling healthy after getting into the regular exercises every day.
I used to hate doing exercises very much. I tried to run in the morning. But, 4 days later, my life became no exercises again. It was too difficult to get up at 6:00am in the morning. So, running in the morning? No way!
When aware my weight was almost 60 kilograms I tried climbing stairs at night, meanwhile, diet. This time, I succeeded in losing 5 kilograms within a month. But it didn’t last for long. I got back to 60 kilograms again till now.
My weight is around 60 kilograms almost of the time. I guess I am that kind of steady fat people. It’s very hard for us to lose weight. So, when I see my weight is getting lighter and lighter now, I am so flattered.
People say I look good in buxom body. But I’d much prefer a slim body. I want to be a really hot lady. My ideal weight is 45 kilograms. Wow! It’s a big challenge! God bless me!
